On December 14th, 2024, Josephine and I visited the Paper Mill Playhouse to watch the musical White Christmas.
Josephine had visited the theater before, but this was my first ever visit to Paper Mill Playhouse.
If you have never been to the Paper Mill Playhouse, I strongly recommend getting to the theater as early as possible for your show. There are many small parking lots around the theater, and we found that the lots filled up very quickly.
All guests also have the option to park in a parking lot in downtown Millburn and have a trolley to take them to the theater, but we chose to take the last parking spot across the street from the theater.
The Paper Mill Playhouse looked beautiful, and the plaza and entrance reminded me of Peddler's Village in Pennsylvania.
We also loved watching the musical, and the sets looked beautiful.
The dancing and choreography looked phenomenal on stage and each of the songs put a smile on our faces.
Something we found interesting was that after the intermission, the second part of the show felt much shorter than the first part.
I think the first part of the show was an hour and a half, while the second part was only half an hour.
Although the second part was shorter, it also had the best part in which the actors invited the audience to sing White Christmas with them, which made for a beautiful finale.
Overall, we enjoyed watching White Christmas at the Paper Mill Playhouse and we look forward to watching another musical in the future.
