Trattoria Carpaccio

What better way to explore a town before a show, than to dine at one of its best known restaurants? We had heard about Trattoria Carpaccio and how it could be difficult to get a reservation there, but we planned ahead and made a reservation a few days before going to Englewood.

The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere made for a great experience. We didn't expect the restaurant to be so intimate, but the small dining room and light music made for a relaxing experience.

Their menu changes frequently so you can always expect new dishes to try. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty as well. We had an avocado and tomato salad, two different types of pasta, and a chocolate cake for dessert. Sometimes, I like to try the pasta dishes just to taste the flavor in their homemade sauces and the homemade pasta.

It was a great experience with delicious food, and it set the mood for a great magic show that we would be seeing at Bergen PAC later that night.
