Westfield is part of Union County and got its name from historically being the "fields west of Elizabeth, NJ".
The Addams Family was also based on an interesting family that lived in the town. That led to annual celebrations in October known as "Addams Fest". The Watcher House, a home that the Netflix series "The Watcher" is based on, also is found in Westfield, NJ.
